The Chinook Medical Building is a 100,000 s.f. building consisting of office condo units between 2,000 and 8,000 s.f. each. The three-story building is in close proximity to Kootenai Medical Center and will help meet the growing demands for medical space. There is underground parking for 34 vehicles and a parking lot behind the building has space for another 300 cars.
