With an estimated construction cost of $7 million dollars this new 41,500 s.f. City Hall and Civic Center is expected to be complete in the late spring of 2008. The new two-story building will house all of the City’s departments under one roof. Room for growth has been programmed. The new city hall includes a new Council chambers that seats 125 persons. It also includes six meeting rooms. The project has been designed as a high performance, energy efficient building.
