MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Applicants for this position are required to have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and a minimum of 10 years HVAC design experience. Successful candidate will be assigned with full or partial responsibility for design of HVAC systems for projects and will coordinate work with mechanical designers and drafters. CADD drafting may be necessary at times.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are looking for an applicant for this position with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of one year experience in the design of commercial projects requiring power distribution, lighting, and Telcomm design skills. ACAD skills preferred but not mandatory. Applicant must have NEC code skills.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the design of detailed electrical plans, specifications, and cost estimates. They will coordinate systems and work closely with other disciplines. Candidate will evaluate and review shop drawings and product submittals. They will participate in continued education, training, and professional development and perform some marketing/business development tasks.
